Bob Rendell, Group Chief Executive
Bob acquired Leadbitter from his father Frederick in 1985 when it had five employees and a turnover of £300,000 and has overseen the successful growth of the Group from that time to the present day.
He is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineering and spent his formative years working in regional government carrying out the design and supervision of major infrastructure projects.
Bob firmly believes that it is the people who work within the Leadbitter Group that make it different and that it is his and his Board’s role to ensure that they create an environment in which people enjoy working and are able to succeed.
