Special Projects Director: Mike Burton

Our Special Projects Division operates predominantly within a 60-mile radius of the Oxford office, with a direct trade labour force of 70-plus and a strong team of site agents and working foremen.

With project values ranging from 300K to 5M the Division fills a significant gap within the industry. All Pre- and Post-contract management and administration is undertaken from the Oxford office in support of the Operational Site Management Teams.

The Special Projects Division specialises in Refurbishment & New Build projects, providing expertise in Listed Buildings, using of traditional methods and materials as well as undertaking new build projects with Modern Methods of Construction. Working across both Public and Private Sectors, project work includes Education, Leisure, Commercial and Special Needs Accommodation.
