This modern and functional building, with provide Aardman Animation with a landmark building, containing new office and studio facilities to be used by their Creative Designers, Technician and Management staff.

The design is uncompromised and interesting using many materials. One feature of the building is the internal central atrium which will use purpose joinery and a variety of different timbers. Externally, rough cast blockwork and insulated render will be mixed with timber cladding (Scottish Cedar and Sweet Chestnut).

Environmental features of the new facilities include a green roof system and a wind turbine.
