The design and construction of premium quality office facilities at the Grange Court site presently comprises two units, with the first unit being commissioned for an international pharmaceutical company and the second for use as our Head Office.

The brownfield site is located upon a former quarry and waste depository. Working in close co-operation with both the Local Authority and the Environment Agency Leadbitter has successfully developed the site to extend the existing Science Park.
