This project, located in the highly sought-after commercial hub of the city, involved refurbishment works and construction of an additional floor level to an existing office building on a restricted site with difficult access.

The exterior to the original building was brought back to life with renovation to the original brick and stone facade. Internally, data cabling and M&E services were renewed over the existing five storeys and new lifts were incorporated into the original structure.

The new sixth floor extension increased the building height and floor area through a steel frame structure and curtain wall glazing system. This has presented uninterrupted views over the adjacent castle park and the commercial centre of Bristol.
