The Capio Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) was constructed within the grounds of The Horton Hospital, Banbury (Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust) on a difficult sloping site adjacent to the operational A&E department. Access was restricted as well as shared with visitors, NHS staff and patients alike.

The new three-storey ISTC, provides three operating theatres, MRI scanner, x-ray room, private ensuite rooms and ancillary service areas together with associated external works, car parking and landscaping.
