In order to deliver a product that is highly regarded by the end users we commit positively to a regime of understanding exactly what is required and desired.
We appoint a Tenant Liaison officer as part of our delivery team to provide local residents with a single point of contact and information, particularly in regard to tenant expectations, tenant choice initiatives, project development, decanting and continuation of normal every day life throughout the construction phase.
Tenants moving into new Leadbitter constructed premises are provided with a tenant/owner manual, which explains the working and maintenance requirements of their new dwelling. In addition we regularly appoint a “Tenants Friend”, a member of our project team who remains on site for approximately one month beyond handover in order to provide information and support to new residents. |
