Client: Servite Housing

This £12million development in Basingstoke will provide new hospital staff accommodation for Servite Houses. This scheme is part of Servite Housing Ltd's fifth stock transfer involving an NHS Trust and will provide new staff housing for North Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

The complex consists of four-bed cluster units equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic communications system for internet, telephone and television. The overall redevelopment also includes a new office with an environmentally friendly sedum roof, which reduces heat loss, absorbs carbon dioxide and keeps energy bills down. The first units are anticipated to be completed by Winter 2007, with the overall scheme due to complete by September 2008.
