Client: Leadbitter Homes and Cardiff City Council
This development of forty six properties, thirty seven for open market sale and nine for affordable rent, was undertaken in partnership with Cardiff City Council to help regenerate an existing brownfield site in an area in need of uplifting.
A high specification included alarms to all properties, turfed front and rear gardens and an extensive white goods package. Timber frame construction was used and Warmcell’ insulation, ‘A’ rated condensing boilers and grey water recycling were incorporating, alongside ground source heat pumps.
The open market sales elements of this scheme incorporated the five house types previously used by Leadbitter Homes plus two new house types. |
