Client: Linc-Cymru Housing Association & Cardiff City Council

As part of the very successful 'Cardiff Partnering Scheme' this project has provided rental units for Linc Cymru and units for Low Cost Home Ownership in conjunction with Cardiff City Council as part of a wider regeneration strategy in the Grangetown area of Cardiff.

The existing maisonettes were demolished following resident consultation to make way for a mixture of one and two bedroom flats, two bedroom bungalows, three bedroom houses, four bedroom houses and five bedroom houses in a new ‘Homezone’ layout.

All home shave been design to Lifetime Homes Standards and following a low energy agenda have incorporated timber frame, Warmcell wall insulation and solar panels.
