Client: Rural Housing Trust Developments (RHTD)
for end user A2 Housing.

This development provided local people with twenty affordable homes for rent and shared ownership in perpetuity. Working closely with both the Parish and District Councils and with funding from the Housing Corporation, the project has helped to address village housing needs.

All dwellings have been traditionally built and incorporate distinctive design features such as natural flint walling to reflect the existing characteristics if the village.

The scheme was been short listed for the ‘Chilterns Buildings Designs’ Awards.
