Solihull Leisure PPP Project encompasses the replacement of an existing leisure facility at Tudor Grange together with the refurbishment of an existing leisure facility at North Solihull.

The New Build facility at Tudor Grange comprises a Wet Area encompassing a 25m, eight-lane competition swimming pool, learner pool and variable depth pool (0 to 3.5m). Located within the Dry Sports Area, facilities include a multi-use sports hall, aerobics/ exercise room and crèche and a two story Central Core encompassing a gymnasium, free weights area, health suite (sauna, steam and spa), café and circulation/ viewing areas. This will be linked into the existing Tennis Hall. Upon completion of the new build, the existing Tudor Grange and Norman Green structures will be demolished and new car parks formed.

The refurbishment at North Solihull Sports Centre comprises the strip out, reconfiguration and replacement of wet change, dry change, gymnasium, crèche and aerobics areas along with health suite facilities. These works all took place while maintaining full service to the Sports Centre.
