Client: Birmingham Roman Catholic Diocesan Trustees

This project involved a major new build programme which provided the school with new teaching and support facilities for 650 pupils. In addition, we created a new sports hall facility and two new all-weather sports pitches. On completion of the new build works, the school underwent a major decanting operation into the new facilities, after which we then carried out the refurbishment and extension of the existing school building whilst re-landscaping the external areas once the dated temporary classrooms had been removed.

Working as developer alongside Housing Association Partners, Leadbitter has assisted the school in realizing their aim to rationalise their school buildings onto one site by purchasing the second site for housing redevelopment.
