Client: Oxford Brookes Enterprises

The project involved the Design and Build of 656 en-suite student bedrooms, five disabled and three warden bedsits, with all associated external works. 

This ‘turnkey’ project was handed over in three phases, requiring the final two to be completed on a live campus site.

As a result of the construction form, high numbers of skilled tradesmen were sourced from within the region through our existing supply chain. All phases were handed over as programmed with a further two pavilions added to the contract following a revised planning application by the Client.
