Client: Worcester College, University of Oxford

In 2005 we were approached directly by Worcester College to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ to develop a brief, design and construction of a new student accommodation scheme within an agreed budget.

Through our extensive experience in delivering student accommodation within the Oxford area, the Client was assured that we could offer 'best value' by managing the whole process from the start. This was reinforced by Leadbitter successfully providing Worcester College with twenty seven traditionally constructed student units in March 1999.

In September 2006 the first phase of works, the JTM Building, provided fifty student en-suite study bedrooms, grouped around communal kitchen/dining areas and was handed over on time and within budget. Phase Two at Ruskin Lane provides a further sixty six bedrooms in a similar arrangements and conferencing facilities.
