Client: Sanctuary Care

This residential care home provides sixty beds for patients requiring long-term respite and intermediate care. Facilities provide for intermediate, general and dementia care. Additional flats for key workers and an occupational/physiotherapy suite have also been incorporated. 

During construction we were required to maintain a live doctor’s surgery on the site.
