Working with our development partners, Leadbitter is able to offer the FirstBuy scheme on select developments. With funding support provided by the Homes and Communities Agency, Leadbitter and our partners offer a 10% equity loan to first-time buyers.

As well as making up the shortfall between a deposit and available mortgage, we further aid the finances of new homeowners in the scheme by building energy-efficient housing that reduces heat loss and results in low energy bills.
